From Civate, we'll take the path that gently climbs through woods and rocks, until we reach one of the most fascinating and mysterious places in the Lombard Prealps: the Abbey of San Pietro al Monte. A Romanesque site immersed in silence and nature, where time seems to stand still and every stone tells centuries of history and spirituality.
After visiting the abbey and the small church of San Benedetto, we will treat ourselves to a moment of relaxation and lunch on the lawn, with a panoramic view of the valley and Lake Annone. The return will take place along an alternative path, thus closing an evocative circular route through woods, clearings, and glimpses that offer simple but authentic emotions.
