Cimone and Olino Ring – Views of Grigna

Description
A wonderful circular hike through woods, spectacular views, and nature replete with the scent of autumn.
We'll start from Alpe di Paglio, taking the trail that climbs through blueberry bushes and larch and birch forests.
After a steady climb, we'll reach the top of Laghetto and from there we'll tackle the final stretch to the summit of Cimone di Margno, at an altitude of 1,805 meters.
Here we'll enjoy a priceless view of the Valsassina, Grigna, Pizzo dei Tre Signori, and Monte Legnone.
At the summit, we'll find a cross and a "map" indicating the visible peaks.
We'll then descend along the panoramic ridge towards Lares Brusà, where we'll be able to rest at the wooden tables.
We'll continue our journey towards Cima di Olino, the second summit of the day, which will offer another breathtaking view.
From there, a short descent will lead us to a forest road nestled in the woods.
We'll pass Alpe Ortighera and then Pian delle Betulle, with its historic church dedicated to the Alpine troops.
The return journey will conclude on an easy path adorned with curious wooden sculptures.
A varied and never boring hike, suitable for those accustomed to walking as well as those new to the mountains.
