The highest peak in the Val di Susa, and one of the most iconic in all of Piedmont, stands out for its unmistakable profile, visible from the plain. This majestic elevation towers over the town of Susa with an impressive difference in altitude of over 3,000 meters between the valley floor and the summit, concentrated in less than 10 kilometers, confirming its uniqueness in the European landscape. Our ascent will begin from the La Riposa Refuge, following the normal route. This is a route dedicated to experienced hikers, requiring a good level of training and technical preparation. However, the physical effort will be amply rewarded by a unique experience and extraordinary views that sweep across the entire valley and surrounding peaks.
