A winter evening in the heart of Alta Val Brembana, surrounded by snow, silence, and the beam of headlamps. This evening snowshoe hike at Piani del Monte Avaro, in Cusio in the province of Bergamo, is designed for Guidders who want to discover the snow-covered mountains without taking on a particularly demanding route.
At the end of the hike, we will return to the starting point and, for those who wish, the evening will continue at Rifugio Monte Avaro, where we can sit down together and enjoy dinner with the flavors of the Bergamo mountains.
Dinner is optional and not included in the snowshoe hike fee: it will be possible to reserve your place and pay the refuge directly for whatever you choose to have.
First, we will walk through the silence of the Piani dell’Avaro, with snowshoes on our feet and headlamps switched on.
Then we will take off our snowshoes and gloves and step into the warmth of Rifugio Monte Avaro.
Because the Guiddy evenings we love most end like this: mountains, new friends, and a table around which to gather.
