Description
Starting from Abbadia Lariana, we take the first stretch of the Sentiero del Viandante (Wayfarer's Path), immediately entering the woods above Lake Como. With the Guidders, we will reach the evocative Cascata del Cenghen (Cenghen Waterfall), one of the most fascinating corners of the Lecco area.
During the trek, we will discover how a waterfall is born, the role of water in alpine ecosystems, and how it shapes the mountain landscape over time. Along the path, we will observe springs, small streams, and rocks sculpted by erosion, learning to read the signs left by water in the territory.
This excursion is perfect for those who want to experience the mountains with curiosity and slowness, listen to the sound of water, and discover the secrets of the nature of Lake Como.
