Description
A delightful hike in the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese, accompanied by the Guidders, through rolling hills, authentic villages and views reminiscent of Tuscany. We’ll walk through the enchanting area of Gomo, crossing the lush green Val Staffora, until we reach the Giant Sky-Blue Bench No. 247. We’ll round off the day in the historic streets of Godiasco, following in the footsteps of the Malaspina family.
This circular trek winds through hilly paths, dirt tracks and rural routes set amidst the elegant landscape of the Val Staffora. The constant ups and downs are never too steep, making for a pleasant and varied walk, perfect for those who love open views and gentle countryside.
Along the route, we’ll reach the Big Bench No. 247, the perfect spot for a panoramic break and a few souvenir photos. Towards the end, we’ll enter Godiasco, a village with medieval charm, where, amongst the narrow streets and views, we’ll seek out the traces left over the centuries by the Malaspina family.
