Get ready to experience one of the most spectacular and iconic hiking routes of the Grigna Settentrionale, a journey where the horizon fades among jagged peaks and the waters of Lake Como. This excursion is a total immersion into the harsh yet fascinating environment of the Lombard mountains. Our route starts from Cainallo, taking us straight into the heart of the action along the famous Cresta di Piancaformia. This ascent line, much loved for its stunning views, offers during the summer season a terrain that is primarily hiking in nature but with a truly grand scope. After reaching the summit, the descent will take us along the historic Via della Ganda. We will cross the striking karst landscapes of the Alpe di Moncodeno, before returning to the starting point to close a perfect loop.
