Lake Aviolo and its Sky-Blue Waters

Starting from the refuge towards the waterfall, you venture onto a path that initially leads through the woods, before becoming a rocky trail. Once you arrive at the Sandro Occhi refuge at Aviolo, take your time and you will be rewarded for your efforts with the fantastic view of the Alpine Lake. Continuing along the path, you will encounter the geological and wildlife observatory of Aviolo where, nearby, you can relax on a huge expanse of grass crossed by the branches of a stream with crystal clear water. The path, although it may seem challenging due to the rocks, is not difficult and does not require great technical skills, there is only a short slightly exposed but wide and well-maintained section.
