Credits are a virtual balance you can use to book Guiddy excursions and experiences. Each excursion has a value in credits, and at the time of booking, you can choose whether to use them to fully or partially cover the cost of the excursion. The amount is automatically deducted from your balance. Convenient, flexible, and smart!

What are credits and how do they work?

You can earn credits in the following ways:
• By converting points earned from excursions. With Guiddy’s loyalty program, you earn 10 fixed points for each outing + 1 point for every 100 meters of positive elevation gain. Once you reach a minimum of 200 points, you can convert them into €20 of credit to use for your next outdoor experiences;
• In case of excursion cancellation or withdrawal within the allowed terms, you’ll receive a refund in credits that you can immediately spend on a new adventure.
With Guiddy, the more you walk, the more you save! Walk, earn, and reward yourself.

How do I earn credits?

Yes, credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. But don’t worry: we’ll notify you in advance before they expire so you can make the most of them.
 Use them at your own pace and without stress!

Absolutely! Every week we publish new excursions across Italy, designed for all tastes and levels: mountains, trekking, via ferrata, climbing, cycling, tastings, and much more.

Are new excursions added regularly?

Each excursion has a detailed info sheet with all the information: description, stops, estimated times, difficulty level, duration, elevation gain, max altitude, recommended equipment, and useful tips to prepare properly.

There's a time of year when Valmalenco transforms into a white dream.

Lake Palù, enveloped by snow and the silence of the woods, becomes a small paradise suspended in time: a place where every step crunches, breath condenses in the cold air, and the heart warms thanks to the company of the Guidders ❤️.

We will walk among snowy larches and sparkling panoramas, immersed in the silence of the winter mountain. The path rises gently to the lake, which in this season is dressed in ice and light, offering a unique spectacle.

The Rifugio Palù (1960 m) will be there to welcome us: a lit fire, the scent of wood, and warm Valtellina dishes to recharge body and soul.

Between a polenta, a hot chocolate, and some laughter, we will experience a day that tastes of true mountain life, friendship, and freedom.

Because snow is not just cold: it is emotion, magic, and team spirit. And with Guiddy... you always go up with a smile 😎❄️

C’è un momento dell’anno in cui la Valmalenco si trasforma in un sogno bianco.

Il Lago Palù, avvolto dalla neve e dal silenzio dei boschi, diventa un piccolo paradiso sospeso nel tempo: un luogo dove ogni passo scricchiola, il respiro si condensa nell’aria fredda e il cuore si scalda grazie alla compagnia dei Guidders ❤️.

Cammineremo tra larici innevati e panorami scintillanti, immersi nel silenzio della montagna d’inverno. Il sentiero sale dolcemente fino al lago, che in questa stagione si veste di ghiaccio e luce, offrendo uno spettacolo unico.

Ad accoglierci ci sarà il Rifugio Palù (1960 m): fuoco acceso, profumo di legna e piatti caldi valtellinesi per ricaricare corpo e anima.
