A wonderful excursion into the heart of the Emilian Apennines, among oak and chestnut forests, ancient paths and panoramas that evoke history and traditions. We will walk between two extraordinary valleys until we reach the summit of Monte Cassio (1023 m), a natural balcony overlooking the Parma Apennines. A route rich in stories, nature and authentic atmosphere, where every step will allow us to discover the truest soul of these mountains. For those who wish, at the end of the excursion there is the possibility of stopping at the Antica Trattoria Cattani to taste the typical dishes of the Emilian tradition. A date not to be missed to experience the paths, flavors and spirit of the Parma Apennines.
