Get ready to experience a trek defined by endless panoramas and fresh mountain air. Together with the Guidders, we will set off from just above the Albergo La Genzianella, in the heart of the Larian Triangle, to reach the charming Rifugio Martina. We'll pass through the Alpe dei Picetti, amidst open pastures and ever-expanding views of Lake Como. From there, the ascent to Monte San Primo (1,682 m)—the highest peak in the area—begins. It is a steep and physically demanding trail, though never exposed, that will lead us all the way to the summit cross. Up there, the view makes every step worth it: the lake, the Alps, the plains, and on clear days, even the Apennines. The descent along the eastern ridge winds through lush woods, continuing to offer incredible vistas of the Lecco mountains. A perfect excursion for those seeking authentic nature, camaraderie, and that feeling of freedom that only a summit can provide.
