Description
We set off with the Guidders from Sozzine, in Alta Valle Camonica, immediately entering the woods along a dirt road with a stony base that makes the climb steady and a bit demanding. Emerging from the woods, the landscape opens up towards the Castellaccio group, and the environment becomes wilder, filled with shrubs and streams. We pass a lock and reach a large scree slope, where we carefully cross the trickling water to reach the first Narcanello waterfall. The trail continues with some technical sections (chains and steps) leading to the second waterfall. It’s a dynamic trek—technically challenging enough to be incredibly rewarding.
