Description
An intense and rewarding trek between Monte Caplone and Monte Tombea, above Valvestino in the province of Brescia, with views stretching all the way to Lake Garda and Lake Idro.
Together with the Guidders, you’ll walk along mountain trails, grassy tracks, and ridge sections: an open, quiet, pastoral environment with truly breathtaking panoramic views. The hike requires good fitness, sure-footedness, and care on uneven terrain, steep gradients, and the stamina needed for a long excursion. The highlight of the day will be reaching two summits in the same day. This hike is special because it brings together two iconic peaks of the Garda Prealps in a wide, airy, and far-from-ordinary route, where a sense of space and freedom accompanies every step.

Hi Guidders! My name is Stefania, and I was born and raised in Limone sul Garda, a place where mountains meet the lake to create truly spectacular scenery. The mountains have always been part of my life, but it was around the age of 25 that I began to experience them more consciously—and from that moment on, it was love at first sight. My training with the Lombardy Alpine Guides Association gave me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of the mountain environment, from geology and botany to wildlife and weather. Every outing is a new chance to keep learning and to be amazed by everything nature has to offer. My goal is to guide you in discovering the mountains in a safe, relaxed, and engaging way.
