Description
An ideal hike for the shoulder seasons, when the air is crisp and the views are even clearer. Accompanied by the Guidders, we’ll set off from Rovetta and make our way up to Monte Blum, passing through peaceful woods and along an easy path surrounded by nature. At the summit, we’ll be rewarded with sweeping views of the Bergamo mountains and that wonderful feeling of having treated ourselves to a simple yet beautiful day.
The hike starts from the village of Rovetta, in the upper Seriana Valley, at an altitude of around 800 metres. The route follows a wide path, partly unpaved and partly tarmac, ideal for walking at a steady pace amongst chestnut and beech trees and in shaded areas.
Climbing gradually, we’ll reach the summit of Monte Blum at an altitude of 1,293 metres. From here, the view opens up over the Bergamo Orobie, the Presolana and the surrounding peaks. An accessible trek, perfect for those who want to explore the mountains without technical difficulties but with great satisfaction at the end.

Federica
Hey Guiders! 🧡 I was born in Milan in '85, but my heart belongs to the mountains of the Bergamo Prealps, where Mount Presolana fueled my passion for the great outdoors. After a few years as a copywriter, I decided to change direction and follow what truly felt like home: the trails. In 2020, I qualified as a Mountain Leader and chose to live closer to nature. I love guiding people to discover the breathtaking views, peaceful silences, and wonders of the mountains, sharing every step of the way with the Guidders community. 🥾⛰️
