Rezzago Forest and its Earthy Mushrooms: A Hike Through Nature and Geology, Complete with a Farmhouse Lunch!
Guiddy Difficulty Levels
Easy
Description
We will start from Rezzago, a village where time seems to have stood still and where, curiously, almost everyone is called Binda.
We will ascend towards the Selva, a place where the chestnut trees tell an ancient story, crossing a natural environment rich in traces of wild animals.
Along the way we will encounter a large sinkhole, a testament to the karst phenomena of the area: its depth is unknown (the area is secured and can be observed from a distance).
We will then reach a panoramic ridge from which splendid views of the surrounding mountains open up.
For lunch, we will stop at a farmhouse, where Cristina will welcome us with typical homemade dishes, in a genuine and convivial atmosphere.

Luca
Nature, safety, and a whole lot of enthusiasm for sharing! Hi there! I'm Luca, and I've always been passionate about nature – lucky enough to live right next to it every day. My professional background has been focused on safety and the environment for years, but I felt the need to combine my skills and passion into something even more engaging… and that's how my adventure as an AIGAE Environmental Hiking Guide began. Today, I lead groups to discover the wonders of nature, with a special focus on sustainability, well-being, and team spirit. I believe in hiking that's good for the body, good for the mind… and that creates new connections! Let's have fun together and learn to observe the world around us with fresh eyes! 😊
