Description
A weekend discovering two symbolic places in inland Abruzzo, to be experienced through simple walks and a narrative that accompanies every step.
On the first day, we will depart from Santo Stefano di Sessanio towards Rocca Calascio, following a panoramic path that crosses gentle heights and stone villages. An accessible itinerary, designed to approach the territory through its history, architecture, and the silence that envelops them.
The second day will be dedicated to Bominaco. A short loop of about 3 km will lead us to the castle and the hermitage, intimate places that invite listening and observation. We will then continue with a visit to the church and the Oratory of San Pellegrino, guardians of medieval frescoes of extraordinary intensity.
The morning will conclude with a lunch in a restaurant, a convivial moment to share impressions and close the experience together.
A trip designed for those seeking peaceful walks, authentic places, and a way of exploring that leaves room for storytelling and a deep connection with the landscape.
