Guiddy Difficulty Levels

Description
RWANDA: THE GREEN HEART OF AFRICA YOU DON’T EXPECT
Golden savannahs, smoking volcanoes, shimmering lakes, and ancient forests. Rwanda is one of those places you can’t truly describe: you have to experience it. And once you do, it changes the way you see Africa.
Welcome to a 15-day journey where every stop brings a different emotion: the vibrant energy of Kigali, the absolute calm of Lake Kivu, the powerful silence of Nyungwe Forest and the grandeur of the Virungas, where the mountain gorillas live at a slow pace — the same pace you’ll learn too.
This itinerary is designed for those who dream of the real Africa, not the postcard version. For those who want to walk, observe, and listen. For those seeking a journey that helps you grow, surprises you, and makes you laugh, especially in the evenings when everyone gathers around the fire talking as if they’ve known each other forever.
And yes: we fly, Guidders.
WHY CHOOSE RWANDA AS YOUR NEXT DESTINATION
Rwanda is nicknamed “The Switzerland of Africa”: green, orderly, safe, with impeccable roads and a sense of hospitality that takes you by surprise.
And also:
It’s one of the safest countries on the continent
Kigali regularly tops African rankings for safety, cleanliness, and quality of life. Perfect for starting your trip with peace of mind.
It’s the country of the Mountain Gorillas
Here you can enjoy one of the world’s most iconic experiences: walking through the forests of the Virungas, with the chance (pure emotion) to encounter gorillas in their natural habitat.
It’s a sustainable and modern destination
After the 1994 genocide, Rwanda has undergone an extraordinary journey: today it stands as an African example of rebirth, innovation, and environmental protection.
It’s surprisingly diverse
Savannahs, volcanoes, tea plantations, waterfalls, lakes, high-altitude coffee, endless sunsets. It’s an Africa unlike the one you imagine.
It’s a lesson in humanity
At the memorials in Kigali, you truly understand what resilience means. In the smiles of the people, you understand what rebirth means.
