Credits are a virtual balance you can use to book Guiddy excursions and experiences. Each excursion has a value in credits, and at the time of booking, you can choose whether to use them to fully or partially cover the cost of the excursion. The amount is automatically deducted from your balance. Convenient, flexible, and smart!

What are credits and how do they work?

You can earn credits in the following ways:
• By converting points earned from excursions. With Guiddy’s loyalty program, you earn 10 fixed points for each outing + 1 point for every 100 meters of positive elevation gain. Once you reach a minimum of 200 points, you can convert them into €20 of credit to use for your next outdoor experiences;
• In case of excursion cancellation or withdrawal within the allowed terms, you’ll receive a refund in credits that you can immediately spend on a new adventure.

How do I earn credits?

Yes, credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. But don’t worry: we’ll notify you in advance before they expire so you can make the most of them.
 Use them at your own pace and without stress!

Absolutely! Every week we publish new excursions across Italy, designed for all tastes and levels: mountains, trekking, via ferrata, climbing, cycling, tastings, and much more.

Are new excursions added regularly?

Each excursion has a detailed info sheet with all the information: description, stops, estimated times, difficulty level, duration, elevation gain, max altitude, recommended equipment, and useful tips to prepare properly.

A day suspended above Lake Garda's blue waters, following the footsteps of smugglers. The Smugglers' Trail was once a secret route between Italy and Austria: today it's a breathtaking via ferrata, full of history, adrenaline and endless views. For one day, you get to feel like an outlaw — with an incredible view.

The trail is mostly flat, with progression secured by rope and carabiners. You don't need to be a climber, but good fitness and no fear of heights help: every step reveals turquoise waters and the mountains embracing the lake. Departure in the morning, standard time 9:00 AM.

Un giorno sospeso sopra il blu del Garda, sulle tracce di chi lo attraversava di nascosto. Il Sentiero dei Contrabbandieri era la via segreta tra Italia e Austria: oggi è una via attrezzata mozzafiato, tra storia, adrenalina e panorami infiniti. Per un giorno ti senti un po' fuorilegge, ma con vista pazzesca.

Il percorso si sviluppa quasi sempre in piano, in progressione in conserva con corda e moschettoni. Non serve essere alpinisti, ma serve un buon allenamento e niente vertigini: ogni passo regala scorci sulle acque turchesi del Garda e sulle montagne che lo abbracciano. Partenza al mattino, standard alle 9:00.
