Stargazing at the Twin Lakes: A Night Under the Stars Trekking Adventure Experience the magic of the mountains on this unique overnight adventure! Join our expert guides for a special night under one of the clearest skies in the Orobie Alps. We'll begin our trek in Carona (Bergamo province) in the afternoon, gently ascending towards the Twin Lakes (Laghi Gemelli). Our trail winds through stunning natural landscapes, traversing forests and pastures until we reach one of the most enchanting alpine lakes in the Brembana Valley. Once we arrive, we'll set up camp near the lake in a designated area. After dinner (bring your own packed meal or cook with a camp stove), we'll prepare to witness the celestial spectacle of the Perseid meteor shower on the Night of San Lorenzo (August 10th). We'll lie back on a blanket and marvel at the shooting stars reflected in the still lake waters – a simple yet profoundly moving experience. The following day, we'll embark on a scenic loop hike among the alpine lakes of the area. We'll visit Lago Colombo, Lago del Becco, Lago Marcio, and Lago delle Casere, crossing dams, high-altitude meadows, and enjoying some of the most breathtaking panoramic views in the Orobie range. This two-day adventure is perfect for those who love hiking, sharing unforgettable moments, and experiencing the mountains with a fresh perspective.
