The Teggiolo: panoramic trekking between Val Cairasca and Valle Divedro

Description
Get ready to climb one of the most beautiful panoramic balconies of the Piedmont Alps: Teggiolo awaits with its high-altitude pastures and 360° views.
Starting from Ponte Campo, you cross the bridge over the Cairasca towards Alpe Veglia, through hairpin bends on a paved road and then a dirt track through the woods up to Alpe Vallè. The route continues past the huts of Alpe Balmelle, then on a trail towards the Possette pass, cutting across sheep tracks to the wide inclined plain of Teggiolo. From here you reach Passo del Dosso, overlooking the legendary Devil's Bridge, and finally the summit. Return via the same route.

Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Silvano, a guide. Mountains have never meant just one discipline to me. Over the years I've picked up all kinds of qualifications: ski mountaineering instructor, alpinism instructor, hiking guide, national mountain bike guide, national instructor and international trainer for nordic walking, ski patroller, and technical director for a tour operator. Each path taught me a different way to read the terrain, the people, and the effort. What I love most is exactly this mix: bringing together people who come from different backgrounds, with different legs and different goals, and finding the right pace together. I believe in guiding that respects everyone's own timing, never pushing too hard.
