Credits are a virtual balance you can use to book Guiddy excursions and experiences. Each excursion has a value in credits, and at the time of booking, you can choose whether to use them to fully or partially cover the cost of the excursion. The amount is automatically deducted from your balance. Convenient, flexible, and smart!

What are credits and how do they work?

You can earn credits in the following ways:
• By converting points earned from excursions. With Guiddy’s loyalty program, you earn 10 fixed points for each outing + 1 point for every 100 meters of positive elevation gain. Once you reach a minimum of 200 points, you can convert them into €20 of credit to use for your next outdoor experiences;
• In case of excursion cancellation or withdrawal within the allowed terms, you’ll receive a refund in credits that you can immediately spend on a new adventure.
With Guiddy, the more you walk, the more you save! Walk, earn, and reward yourself.

How do I earn credits?

Yes, credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. But don’t worry: we’ll notify you in advance before they expire so you can make the most of them.
 Use them at your own pace and without stress!

Absolutely! Every week we publish new excursions across Italy, designed for all tastes and levels: mountains, trekking, via ferrata, climbing, cycling, tastings, and much more.

Are new excursions added regularly?

Each excursion has a detailed info sheet with all the information: description, stops, estimated times, difficulty level, duration, elevation gain, max altitude, recommended equipment, and useful tips to prepare properly.

A non-difficult but rewarding hike, with beautiful views and a visit to a UNESCO World Heritage candidate site, with the possibility of treating yourself to a good lunch.

Starting from Civate, we will ascend into the valley of gold, cross a small canyon, and climb up to an Abbey with a long history to tell. We will take a break with a splendid view of Lake Annone.

We will return to the valley discovering some stone shelters, used as protection in different eras.

Before returning to the starting point, we will stop for a typical lunch.

(It is possible to choose a packed lunch option for those who prefer it, to be communicated at the time of registration).

Support will be given to organize carpooling depending on the origin and a pick-up point will be organized near Lecco station for those arriving by train (arrive in Lecco by 9 am).

Escursione non difficile ma appagante, con bei panorami e visita a un luogo candidato a patrimonio unesco, possibilità di premiarsi con buon pranzo.

Partendo da Civate saliremo nella valle dell’oro, attraverseremo un piccolo canyon, saliremo fino a una Abbazia con una lunga storia da raccontare.  Faremo una pausa con una splendida vista sul lago di Annone. 

Torneremo a valle scoprendo alcuni rifugi in pietra, serviti come protezione in diverse epoche.

Prima di tornare al punto di partenza ci fermeremo per un pranzo tipico

(possibile scegliere opzione pranzo al sacco per chi lo preferisce, da comunicare al momento dell’iscrizione).

Verrà dato supporto per organizzare car pooling a seconda della provenienza e organizzato un punto di prelievo vicino alla stazione di Lecco per chi arrivasse in treno (arrivare a Lecco entro le 9).
