Trekking in the Pineta Park
Guiddy Difficulty Levels
Easy
Description
A circular trek starting from Mozzate, in the province of Como, taking Guidders through the woodlands of Parco Pineta and the hills of Bocca di Valli, all the way to the Proverbio area. The route follows hiking trails and forest tracks, with generally easy-going terrain but also some damp sections, roots, and a few spots that require sure footing, especially after rain. Lunch break will be in an Agriturismo, with fixed menu at the cost of 30 euro (not included in the price of the trekking). This hike is ideal for anyone looking for real nature close to the city: steady ups and downs, a wooded valley setting, and open views across the rolling hills between Lombardy and Canton Ticino. What makes it special is the shared pace, the guidance of the Guidders team, and an itinerary that feels authentic, rewarding, and refreshingly off the beaten path. 5 reasons to join - varied circular route that never feels repetitive - the forests of Parco Pineta - an accessible yet dynamic trail - views over the surrounding hills - a shared community experience with Guidders What makes this hike unique is the blend of urban convenience and total immersion in nature: a genuine trek, without a mountain hut or an iconic summit, but with exactly the right atmosphere to truly switch off. Guide

Andrea
Hi Guidders! The mountains are where I truly feel at home. For over 6 years, I’ve been hiking every week on all kinds of trails, exploring the area with curiosity and respect. I’m a certified Mid-Mountain Guide, and over time I’ve expanded my training by taking courses in sport climbing, rock climbing, and glacier travel. Each experience has given me the chance to discover the mountains from different perspectives and enjoy them safely. My goal? To share the passion that has been with me for years and guide each person in discovering the mountains, their landscapes, and the emotions that only a trail can offer.
