The trail starts from Passo della Forcola, climbing steadily as the autumn forest glows in golden colors around you. Your first reward is Lake Vago, a glacial gem with almost surreal turquoise waters. For those wanting more, the trail gets steeper: you'll climb the ridge up to 3,059 meters, reaching the summit of Mount Vago with a 360° view over Val Federia, the Bernina massif, and the Swiss peaks.
