Description
A spectacular and incredibly scenic trek through the most iconic mountains of the Cortina Dolomites. Accompanied by the Guidders, we will walk amongst the famous Cinque Torri, an incredible labyrinth of Dolomite rock steeped in the history of the Great War, amidst trenches, walkways and breathtaking views. We will then continue towards the Nuvolau Refuge, the oldest refuge in the Dolomites, perched at 2,575 metres on a natural terrace with a 360° view of the Tofane, Marmolada, Pelmo and Averau. A relatively accessible hike but one capable of offering some of the most spectacular scenery in the UNESCO Dolomites. Just a few kilometres, but an incredible concentration of history, rock and picture-postcard views.
