Trekking with Fido at the Fusina Oasis: A Pet-Friendly Hike in the Venetian Lagoon

Trekking with Fido at the Fusina Oasis is a 100% pet-friendly excursion, designed for those who want to spend quality time with their dog within a small walking group, sharing nature, relaxation, and a community spirit. The route is a circular tour that develops within the Cassa di Colmata A, a true natural oasis immersed in the Venice Lagoon. We will walk mainly on flat cart roads, alternating with short stretches of country paths, also ideal for those who are new to trekking with their dog. Inside the basin, there is an important phytodepuration plant, where freshwater areas alternate with wooded embankments, creating an environment rich in biodiversity and an extraordinary presence of lagoon avifauna. A short path along the salt marsh will finally lead us to a small beach, from which suggestive views open onto the Venetian Lagoon and the city of Venice. An ideal excursion for Guidders with Fido, where the walk becomes an opportunity for sharing, respect for the environment, and a conscious relationship with your dog.
