Twin Lakes: Camping Trekking Beneath the Stars

Camping at Laghi Gemelli – Tent trekking under the stars A unique experience to enjoy the mountains in an authentic way and share with the Guidders a special night beneath one of the clearest skies in the Orobie Alps. We will set off from Carona (BG) in the afternoon and make our way at a relaxed pace toward Laghi Gemelli, along a trail surrounded by nature that crosses woods and pastures until reaching one of the most enchanting alpine basins in Val Brembana. Once there, we will pitch our tents near the lake, in a permitted area. After dinner (packed meal or cooked on a camping stove), we will get ready to experience the magic of the night under the stars: lying on a groundsheet, we will enjoy the shower of shooting stars reflected on the water. A simple moment, yet deeply moving. The following day, a circular route among the area's alpine lakes awaits us: we will visit Lake Colombo, Lake Becco, Lake Marcio, and Lake delle Casere, crossing dams, high-altitude meadows, and some of the most beautiful panoramic views in the Orobie range. A two-day adventure for those who love walking, sharing, and experiencing the mountains through different eyes.
