Val Salarno Tent Night: Trekking Adventure at the Foot of the Adamello, Amidst Nature and Shooting Stars

A night under canvas at the foot of the Adamello.

Day 1. We set off with the Guidders from Rifugio Stella Alpina and climb through woods and alpine tarns, carried along by the constant sound of the stream, to the Salarno and Dosazzo lakes and the area near Rifugio Prudenzini, perfect for pitching the tents. That is where the good part begins: supper together, high-altitude silence and a sky filling with stars, far from everything.

Day 2. Waking up brings the best light of the day; we pass the Laghetto di Gana and head back.
