Valerio Festa Bivouac: A Terrace Overlooking Aviolo

Description
The Valerio Festa bivouac is located at the Galinera Pass at an altitude of 2319 meters. Around it, you can see the imposing Mount Aviolo, Cima Baitone, and the Corno delle Granate. Below the Galinera Pass, we will glimpse and admire the waters of the stunning Lake Aviolo, one of the gems of the Adamello Park. Just before the lake is the refuge of the same name, where we can see numerous edelweiss flowers and refresh ourselves during our excursion.

Hi Guidders! 🧡 I'm Alessio, a Guiddy coordinator: from Vesuvius to the Adamello, backpack always ready. I was born in Naples, but I've lived in Brescia for years, and this is where I find myself every weekend, among rocks and mountain trails. Any kind of hike works for me: from the most accessible routes to the ones that ask for legs and experience. I know the trails of the Valtrompia inside out, and I have a declared weakness for the Adamello Nature Park, a corner of the world that never stops surprising me. My walking diary is already a thick one, but there are plenty of pages left to write with new adventure companions.
