We await you for an adventure that will awaken your senses and connect you with nature in a profound way. Let us guide you on scenic paths that wind between the Passo del Faiallo and Monte Reixa, a route of rare beauty that will take you through breathtaking landscapes, along the most beautiful stretch of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.
Prepare yourself for a two-day experience that will change you! With your tent, sleeping mat and sleeping bag, you will be ready to experience the mountain in total immersion. Don't worry if it's your first time in a tent: we'll show you how to do it, step by step!
At sunset we will practice the first of the two meditations scheduled:
- Hatha yoga practices: opening of energy channels with an Asana focused on each of the 7 Chakras. We will open ourselves to the flow of energies in the subtle channels of our body to dedicate ourselves to observing the passage of the Perseid meteors on the night of August 10, perceiving this moment with all its energetic potential and not only on a visual level. We will end the practice by firmly fixing our Intention on which we will channel the energies during the observation of the so-called "shooting stars". The number 10 in the tarot represents the card of the Wheel of Fortune!
After setting up the tents (if you've never done it, don't worry, we'll do it together) we'll fall asleep under the celestial vault and, at the first light of dawn, we'll do our second meditation:
- In the morning with the scent of dawn: meditation practice in communion with Mother Earth and the planets in the Macrocosmic universe to fix the subtle effects of the night just passed.
After a well-deserved breakfast, we will set off again to explore other evocative corners of this hidden paradise, bringing with us the memories of an experience that will remain imprinted in your heart.
This route does not present any particular difficulties and is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to experience camping in a tent for the first time, or for those looking for an experience that goes beyond a simple walk.
