Weekend Under the Stars at the Valgoglio Lakes: Trekking and Camping in the Bergamo Alps

A spectacular weekend under the stars amidst the wonders of the Orobie Prealps, a stone's throw from Bergamo, among alpine lakes, wild landscapes, and silence that rejuvenates. An itinerary that combines effort, beauty, and a sense of freedom, to be experienced together with the Guidders community, where every step becomes sharing and every gaze transforms into wonder. After leaving the car in the parking lot (€5 per day, payable on site), we will immediately start climbing a rather steep paved road. It is here that we tackle almost all the elevation gain, with an initial sprint of about 2 hours that will take us to the Baite ENEL, the starting point of the Five Lakes loop. From here on, the magic takes over: we will walk through glacial basins, rocks, and greenery, encountering one after the other the beautiful Lake Sucotto, Lake Cernello, Lake Nero, Lake Campelli, and Lake d'Aviasco. Each with its own colors, reflections, and atmosphere.

The excursion presents some technical difficulties and is suitable for those who have a minimum of training, especially to face the climbs for an elevation gain of about 1000m with the weight of the tent. It will all be repaid with spectacular views, good company, and great satisfaction!
