Description
It was the 1930s when Ermenegildo Zegna recognised the value of nature between Valsessera and Valle Cervo. Today, together with the Guidders, we explore the trails of the Oasi Zegna: a trek that combines forests, history and surprising views between the Alps and the plains.
We start along a path immersed in the beech forests of the Oasi Zegna, on soft and well-marked trails that develop along the watershed between the Valsessera and the Valle Cervo. The trek alternates stretches in the woods with panoramic openings where the gaze sweeps from the Po Valley to the first Alpine peaks.
Walking, you perceive the link between man and nature desired by Ermenegildo Zegna: a well-kept but authentic mountain. The terrain also tells a very ancient geological history, made of volcanic calderas and rare rocks, an ideal habitat for species such as the Carabus.
It is an accessible but never trivial excursion: a quiet pace, panoramic stops and an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and observe. Perfect for those who want to experience the mountains without haste, in good company.
